What I like most about this product is that the optical port didn't work. I tried several optical cables and three different AV receivers, but none of them worked with this unit. The optical port is useless. I'm keeping it to myself as I don't want to mess with the return but I'm very disappointed that I won't be using the optical port and will have to make do with one of the other ports. I would not buy it again nor would I recommend it to anyone. This is a lack of quality control and is unacceptable. Also, they advertise Bluetooth 5.0 here, but the packaging and accompanying documentation mention Bluetooth 4.0 instead!
