At this price I expected the tools to be well made. Not perfection, but instruments that had a reasonably good fit and finish. That was not the case with this set. The channel on the sliding ruler was unacceptably rough, making adjustment difficult. The set screw appeared to be ground all the way to tighten or loosen. The ruler itself had abrasions on both sides. The ends of the rules were so wrong that daylight filtered through the gap as the ends touched. They didn't even try to fix the typos in the documentation. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a decent combination square.
