If you plan to use your Garmin for running and cycling then this quick release kit is second to none. It's inexpensive and works well. The wrist strap is more comfortable than the plastic strap that comes with the device. It's very easy to set up. I can only recommend that. Remember, you're removing the Garmin from the plastic strap forever. The kit includes a tool for this and it takes about five minutes. (You can reattach it if you wish, but there's no need to.) Attaching another clip to the bike also takes about 5 minutes. Once set up, the device simply snaps into an identical clip on a new strap or bike in about 1 second. Finally, Garmin also sells another set of plastic bike mounts. It has a plastic (or rubber) gasket that fits over the steering wheel. Garmin is attached to it with a plastic strap that comes with the device. I've never used this set so I can't compare. I've read that Garmin moves quite a bit on the bike using this method. Anyway, I am very satisfied with this product.
