The integration aspect makes it easy to get everything integrated together seamlessly into one platform. You do have access to pretty much every type of email automation that there is but sometimes certain features are very limited compared to others out there. I know this isn't super important to some people but if something doesn't work then make sure its not just us! We were able to integrate our website's content calendar directly onto mail chimp which made things easier than ever before without having to go through any extra steps or software other than what we had already been using anyway (which was still good). Now, when someone registers interest about an upcoming event/presentation etc., instead of going over 10 different sites looking for where we could put those dates, now it will automatically show up on peoples calendars as well as the registration form itself!
