It feels like the boxes are alive and difficult to open. There were no instructions on how to attack the part that holds the phone to the rest of the device. And at first I couldn't connect the two parts. Just by accident I found that the part that attaches to the car was assembled upside down so the part that holds the phone didn't snap in place to match the photos. I had to loosen the screw to flip the device over and then tighten it again before the part holding the phone hits the sliding part from above, as intended, not from below. Then, after all this, I had to take my S5 out of the "Surivor" case, I wear it quite normally, because I wouldn't have found it otherwise. Since I'm planning a five-hour trip where I rarely get out of the car, I can live with that. I just have to put my phone back in the case before getting out of the car to my destination.
