They sent the product, brand new, sealed with warranty. And it didn't work when I downloaded Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit. After several researches and discussions in the MS community, it seemed memory was to blame. But their rep at Revain disagreed, arguing inappropriately about the technical side of things like processor generation and all that. And it took me 2 long weeks for all sorts of checks. Eventually I figured it out, prepared documents and evidence why it's buggy. Contacted ANZ support. Gave them a BIOS report, a CPU scan report showing the memory installed and running on my system. Critical scan reports on my system, memtest86 test run error and windows 10 crash, my cpu and motherboard specs. And her answer again became a perceptual nightmare. Nevertheless, I thought that in a difficult technical situation you can judge mistakes. So I asked their tech team to let me come in to test their memory and if in doubt, provide me with a backup to check my computer issues. And they're so amazingly resilient, unbelievably so. After seeing all the technical details, they went along with the same slogan their rep chanted on Amazon without thinking or studying. "My computer is incompatible." filed a warranty claim and await your mercy. Not only that, I'm based in Sydney and under warranty terms I can ship to authorized dealers here for a claim or replacement. But when I asked, they asked me to send to Revain, or I have to send to Taiwan, to their headquarters!
