These work well to tame the wires however it is really difficult to remove the backing from the sticky. Be prepared to use tweezers or pull at the backing with your finger nails for minutes and maybe give up on some of them. But for the price, move on, select another clip and hope you can pull the back off of it. Other that that, once the back is off, clean the area where you plan to stick it and put it to use. I am using these outside on a covered porch where they are exposed to rain and weather and so far they are still stuck. But pulling off the backing is a chore.
