Fast delivery was nice. The stool is definitely not dark gray as advertised. From light gray to medium gray, and that's a grey-blue. So be aware. Most current shades of gray are dark grey, but they are not. The chair is held in place by snaps, and there is a dense piece of fabric on the back, fastened with Velcro at the bottom. You might not like that chair if its backrest is in plain sight for everyone. The chair is actually quite comfortable, but looks rather cheap. It just depends what you are looking for. I won't keep it in my house after seeing it, but I will rent it out.
