Looks good but has a design flaw

Overall I think this is a decent protective case for my MacBook Pro. Looks pretty good, although the clear top cover seems to scratch relatively easily, but at least the cover is scratched, not my MacBook. The only real issue I have with this lid is on the front edge of the bottom. It attaches to the MacBook with edge clips and in most cases this is not a problem. However, two latches on the lower front edge prevent the touchpad and keyboard from being used. They are made of hard plastic and have "corners" on each end. When you type or use the touchpad, your wrists rub against the raised clamp and it doesn't take long for you to feel uncomfortable. The ends of these small clips feel sharp against your skin. You need to find a way to round off the ends of the clips or make them out of something that won't scratch your skin. Thankfully, I use my MacBook for entertainment and genealogy, but if I had to use it for work and spend 8 hours a day on it, this case wouldn't work. I had a different case before that, but it was hard plastic and there were random pieces falling off around the edges. I don't see it happening with this one. However, the first one didn't hurt me when using my laptop.
