Media could not be loaded a kitchen faucet online It probably took me almost 2 weeks to actually buy this faucet. I was afraid I would be unlucky and the customer service would be a nightmare shit I'm so glad I got it. The hardest part of installing this faucet was removing my old faucet. I had to change the steps a bit to make it work for my knockout size, but overall not bad, I had to adjust the position of my counterweight, because of the way the installation works, the counterweight gets stuck on one of the tubes when I lower the syringe and lower it back into the spout. So I just moved it up about a bit, sacrificing some of the length of the pulldown. My sink is very deep and I can still get to the bottom very well. The gold color isn't bad either. It's definitely a coppery yellow-greenish-gold hue, but it doesn't look cheap. I think it's a good shade of gold, not a bad one. However, the color changes at different angles, so it doesn't really bother me. If I had to list any downsides, it would be that the vaporizer is made of plastic and not brass, which is to be expected given the price. . I don't think the plastic bothers me, but there is a noticeable difference in weight and feel when you turn the knob and then use the atomizer. My water pressure has actually increased significantly with this new faucet. Can't tell if it's the faucet or just because my other one was very old, but I'm not complaining. Being under the sink to change the kitchen faucet is not very convenient or easy to push in. It's easy to get frustrated and tense about this, which is why I see that some of the reviews relate to a person's annoyance, not the product. Overall good value for money and easy installation.
