The best software for customer service of any business or service!

I like how easy they make managing our fleet of equipment for work orders from any location with just an internet connection. It has really made keeping track easier than we would have been able without this software! There are some quirks but nothing too big or serious. We didn't think there was anything great about their product so when my job changed in 2016 i had no idea what to do next because everyone else left after being frustrated by them. Just don't go anywhere near custompoint if you want your business around afterwards as its terrible support/customer service once gone - even though thats exactly whats needed at times!! Make sure everything works out well before going down this path otherwise get someone who knows more then me into it first and see where things stand. The best thing about this software is its ability to create custom reports for any business need you may have in mind. You don't even know what your customers want until they ask! This program has been great at helping our team keep track of all customer information so we are able to provide them with exactly what they're looking for when they come into the office or call us. We also use this system as an internal tool to send out mass emails/newsletters.
