My now 4 year old started riding a 14 inch balance bike when he was 3 and mastered it early this summer. So about 3 months ago he asked me to ride a pedal bike and put the pedals on this bike. He couldn't ride at all. We decided it was too soon. Then about 2 months ago he took his sister's Woom 16" bike and rode into the sunset! Now he comfortably rides her bike which is still too big for him as he is only 30th percentile but he still can't pedal this bike (video taken today). The pedals are very narrow and very close to the frame unlike any bike I've seen.My daughter who is almost 7 years old and has been riding since she was 4 "I've been riding her Woom for years, even wrestles a bit. It doesn't help that this bike feels pretty heavy with the pedals. This is a great balance bike but I wouldn't buy this version with the extra pedals as I think it's very are unergonomic, just get a regular Strider balance bike and then buy a bike with pedals when they are done ππΌππΌ
