Used on external TV

I have used one of these for an Xfinity remote on an external TV and so far so good. It's been a few months and the cover still looks great. There are 100 in a pack that should last 30 years lol. Plug in the remote control and blow dry. It shrinks to fit almost immediately. The end is open so no watertight landing for me but I don't care, my remote is on the covered patio. The buttons are still very comfortable to use.
