Please take note of the extended warranty when buying from this seller. I bought this laptop from the Revain Renewed store which was refurbished and sold by PrimeTimeBuys. Due to regular service disruptions, the PC remained in its shipping box for most of the 90-day warranty. After about 2 months of very light use the battery died and I mean "no warning". Since the warranty has expired, I just gritted my teeth and bought another battery from Revain ($50 + $4.40 transfer fee). However, the original battery did not have a guaranteed 80% capacity. After replacing the battery, I found another manufacturing issue: 4 screws attaching the hard drive to the board/case. Two screws are under the battery, one screw was missing but both internal threads were torn off and rendered unusable. Luckily I didn't have any problems with the hard drive (fingers crossed, knock on wood). Another quality issue I've recently discovered (rarely used) is that the SD card reader isn't working. Obviously this machine was not tested as listed, or it was tested and shipped anyway. On a lighter note, PC cosmetics are good. A thin film is applied to the cover and under the keyboard, which is pleasant to the touch. The film on the lid/top of the PC was not centered properly and started to peel off at one edge, so I took a razor blade and trimmed that edge with ease to keep it from peeling further; no problem anymore. If you're considering buying from PrimeTimeBuys, I recommend adding the cost of an extended warranty or buying from another vendor in the Revain Renewed Store. Dell makes a good machine and mine was sold with Win 10 Pro.
