I live in southern Illinois and it gets hot here. In summer 90-100 degrees heat with a humidity of 80-90 percent. I bought this wireless car charger for my Doordash and Grubhub business that I have. I wanted a wireless charger to make my life easier. I didn't want to disconnect and reconnect multiple times a day. I have to take my phone to a restaurant and go to the customer's door to take a picture of their food. When my phone is on this charger, my phone gets hot and I get a warning on my iPhone 12 mini that my phone is getting too hot because it's in direct sunlight. I have this wireless charger right on my dashboard. I thought maybe it was user error when I placed this charger, but this is a wireless in-dash charger. Where else can I put this thing that won't block my view? I keep this charger in my car because the sticky suction cup really sticks! Fighting the sticky sucker every day and working overtime isn't ideal though, I'm sure it loses its stickiness if I take it off and put it on every day. Driving an hour on the Autobahn yesterday, I noticed that every little bump makes this charger go deeper. I've put this charger on a few times and it keeps dropping lower instead of staying at the height I like. I assume it's because I left this charger in the car and it got damaged from the heat.
