Disappointing but it works. Take a rubber mallet and needle nose pliers.

Relatively satisfied with the closures so far only 1 or 2 broken and unusable. The tool is a little frustrating to use, it has to be squeezed hard enough to stick, and the little white rubber grips come loose with each use, so I have to be careful removing them from work and replacing them. If you plan to use this from time to time this is a good set. I also used needle nose pliers and a small rubber mallet. You really can't use this set without some kind of hammer.
