Seems to be pretty good quality but directions need some work

Figure 2 shows bolt "M" going from the inside out (for the chair leg support) but its too long so the plastic cap doesn't fit the nut. Rather than scratch your ankles on a raw bolt, I just reversed them so the raw edge is on the inside of the chair. Cap still doesn't fit but at least your not scraping your ankles on it.

Pros
