Review on Viatti Brina V-521 215/60 R16 95T winter by Jnis Kalni ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!

The entire review is based on subjective opinion and 10 years of driving experience with budget tires. Tires 205/65 R15, machine. Partner Tepee Diesel. in general, the rubber was quite satisfied. For confident winter driving without extreme sports. During the winter, I traveled on it a little, about 10 thousand km, there is almost no wear. It behaves badly at near zero and positive temperatures, both the rut and the side wind are immediately felt, the car starts to “float” on the road, as the temperature drops below -5, the tires behave at 5+. It copes well with snow (fresh and packed), with dry asphalt and with wet asphalt it copes well when the temperature is low and everything is melted with reagents. It fell on fresh snow, and under it ice (they spilled reagents at night, and snow fell by morning) holds the road well, but braking with this is almost zero. My rating is 5 for value for money.

Pros
  • Price strength Good grip on asphalt and snow Fairly quiet
Cons
  • It behaves badly at temperatures above minus 4-5 degrees! It does not cope well with ice, especially under slush (although what kind of rubber can handle it here) Balancing (average per R15 wheel 20-40 grams per side)
