At first I liked the insert and it seemed perfect to me. It's easy to cut to fit the crumb tray guide on my new toaster. It seemed a good weight and it lay flat. Easily cleans up from accidental drips and crumbs. After a few weeks I noticed a white streak on the liner and on closer inspection I discovered a hole had burned through and was fouling the original crumb tray I was trying to protect. I only use my toaster to toast bread and occasionally warm up dinner. piss off! Will not be redeemed.
