Not a bad product, quite normal quality.

Pros: I expected it to work like an energy drink, but the result is different for me; you don't experience a sudden burst of strength, but you do fatigue less quickly during training.
ConsThe tingling and itching sensations last for about 10 minutes after you take it, and then they go away.
