Straps on ours were too short to connect to each other.
The cover size was perfect as described and fit the unit well. The straps were about a foot too short to couple together. We used bungie cords to span the gap and keep things tight. Other reviews mentioned this problem. -- I should have checked earlier. Seems to be hit or miss overall as there are some good reviews . Does seem like some manufacturers put products together without thinking about what they are doing or have never had interaction with covering the back of an AC.
- This is the first, out of many, covers that stays on.
