I ordered this chair because I have some back problems and my company I work for refunded me a certain amount for this purchase because we have all since had to work from home onset of Covid. I had an old chair that had been ripped out and my company recommended this ergonomic chair. The first thing that struck me after purchasing it is the bottom stand, where the legs are metal and feel solid. So not like a cheap chair that breaks after a few months. Overall, the chair makes a very nice and robust impression. It took me a while to put it together, but I blame myself as I'm not very good at building items. I was pointing my hands the wrong way. And I had to email the company to find out, even though it comes with instructions. I was happy to see how responsive they are and I will definitely be buying from them again. I give them 5 stars. I would put 4 because it took a long time to build but that would be unfair as it was my fault. I'm just not used to chairs with so many functions.
