I was happy with it at first although there was a problem getting it to work. Every time the microphone was disabled it wouldn't work without restarting the computer, which was annoying. And after 2 months it stopped working at all. Very disappointed with this product. waste of money. It was too late to return. Updated: 02/22/21. I contacted their support team. They responded promptly and immediately sent a replacement stating that the warranty is 1 year. I received a replacement 3 days later and it works perfectly. 5 stars for customer service.
