No complaints whatsoever if the faulty component could be easily replaced under warranty. The chair is a fan-favorite and, in every other way, fulfilled its promise. However, the hassles with (returning, waiting for when they receive, and not at all in the terms that the operators offer, waiting for the money to be returned) make interacting with this service more difficult than it needs to be. A request to the maker: improve the mechanism and service quality, at least in major metropolitan areas.
