In general, it was possible to contact support through the manufacturer’s website, filled out a complaint and sent pictures with a scan of the paper for soap to the contact that was given on the Cheirman website, within a couple of days they contacted the service center to clarify the address, etc., they said that they sent a video and a gas lift by a parcel (Boxberry), came on the second day. The roller was changed, the new gas lift in the photo was also changed. So far, no more complaints. Thank you for helping me get in touch with the service guys.

Pros

Assembly in 15-20 minutes, convenience, there are no squeaks or visible marriage, except for what I wrote in the "flaws". . In principle, if something breaks, then I think you can always contact, they will send replacement parts within a few days.

Cons

After 8 months, one of the halves of the wheel constantly flies on one of the legs, I tried to find a service center, but there is no information on where to go either in the market or on the manufacturer's website. Periodically with glue, but I would like to replace it. It will be good if the manufacturer responds. . 2. Even in the process of checking, it turned out that the button on the gas lift fell and now does not raise the chair. Something completely went wrong, although at first it was great. . 2-1. It turned out that in the piston the gum was torn off the glue, or what it was holding on to, and air came out, the gum itself also broke. Apparently the marriage got caught or something. . 3.
