I've been using Plantronics .Audio 478 and .Audio 628 headphones for 8 years. The .Audio range sounded great for their size and lightweight design. You get a deep, rich response from low frequencies all the way to the top end of the spectrum. Unfortunately, Plantronics (now Poly because they bought Polycom) discontinued both of these headphones. They went with the Blackwire line (I had an old Blackwire headset and bought this C3220 thinking they would make some sound improvements. NO). Absolute trash sound on these things with no bass, and I mean NO bass. . I wish I knew beforehand. If you use them for phone and video calls they might work fine, but any other type of media (music or anything that requires even a bit of bass), forget it. You sound terrible. The noise reduction is the same as the .Audio 478/628 range, so the microphone is excellent. However, I won't be able to wear these things all day just because of the horrible noise. For the price there are much better alternatives.
