complete nonsense. This lasted a year in relatively mild Southern California. I showed up at camp last week and the lid was torn down the middle from end to end and was lying on the ground around my trailer. ripstop? Well technically yes if there is no tissue left to tear. I was probably unlucky with a warranty claim because I hadn't registered the product when I bought it. Who does it? me now I'm so disappointed that the $400 cover barely lasted a year. Update: Verification of the actual product is pending but I was able to register coverage and make a warranty claim. To my surprise, a new cover was sent out two days later. Hope this one lasts a little longer. Update 2: Nine months later it failed again just like that. I live in San Diego so the climate couldn't be less harsh. I have made another warranty claim.
