I live in a country they don't ship to so I ordered these while I was in the US. When I got home and installed it on my computer, I plugged it into a hub and one fan's RGB lighting was broken and didn't work. It wasn't a big deal since it was just an exhaust fan at the back of my case, so I didn't mind too much. I still couldn't send them back as returns are only accepted from the shipping address. But within 2-3 weeks of use, the rest of the RGsB fan stopped responding when I used the remote control. But aside from the RGB issue, the fans worked pretty well, they were pretty quiet too. I liked the ability to select fan colors at the touch of a button, and I also liked the number of color options. In terms of functionality, they steal, but it doesn't matter if they're terrible quality.
