I don't like strong eyeshadow, I saw this in a youtube tutorial and decided to give it a try. It's quite expensive for me but worth the money. I used it at the very corner of my eye (inside), working up and down the middle with a small brush. I've tried fake eyeshadow but it's nothing compared to this one. It takes very little and I am very happy with the ease of use!
