We have three cars and each has at least one car charger that typically lasts a year. Your suction cup mount or vent is no longer working properly. I bought this to replace the charger for the air vent in my husband's minivan. The old one is not compatible with his new iphone12 max pro. This new model has many improvements. The magnet is quite strong and works with his iPhone12. We both like the magnet more than the clips as the clips don't need to be adjusted while riding which increases safety. It can be easily rotated and tilted in any direction. I hope this lasts longer.
