Review on i-Pak by Brian Samaiyar

It was easy for us because of its accessibility; it has allowed our facility manager access from anywhere in order give him reports at anytime when he needs them! You can't do something wrong as this program does what it's suppose too!! Nothing I like about the system however they have been quick into fixing any issues we may need help resolving but nothing major so far (knock wood!).

We are solving problems such as lost tickets or no follow up calls coming through after customers leave message which could be tracked down quicker if not automated via an app/phone call option.
