That was all I needed for my plantar fasciitis. I've tried baseballs and a frozen water bottle, but this? Works wonders. I used it every day even though no one needed it for several weeks? no more pain It could have been a combination of that and a good orthotic for my shoes, but I think it played a big part in that. It's worth every penny to help with foot pain like plantar fasciitis in my opinion. Since I work on the computer all day and dabble in tunnel tunneling every now and then, I also use it to twist my wrist every once in a while. This is a great product.
