Easy to manage call center staff assignment and categorization

I like how easy it was for me as an administrator of our contact centers in order make changes or add new agents into specific departments/categories etc., without having any previous training! The best part about this software are all its features which makes my job easier than ever before since i am able use some automation scripts too (which saves time). It's not free but still worth every penny if u have more then 5-10 employees working together with their respective managers / supervisors who will be using them daily during work hours - otherwise don't waste ur money just go ahead & download ansa point instead!! We used these softwares when we were doing outbound sales calls so they helped us organize everything very well by assigning each employee his own departmental category such customer service rep assigned under Customer Service Department Category while billing reps.
