I have had the product for 11 days now. The first battery charge lasted 11 days for home use, which seems reasonable. This can be painful if the muscles are very tense. At the moment I prefer to use it for myself to have better control. If you pull the trigger all the way down, it will stay on until you pull the trigger again. This ensures consistent application. I prefer to start before I get it to the muscle so there are no pressure surprises. I had no bruises or injuries even using it in tight places, but I tried warming up the area with my hand first and didn't force myself to go through the pain. Overall I think it's good value for money considering the convenience of having the high pressure massage when and how I want it and the time and work it saves me and my partner.
