I can’t find out this, since I made an order for the child for the New Year on 12/28/2022 and expected delivery (as oriented) on 12/31/2022 from 09:00-18:00, but their Driver decided at the end of the day not to be in time at the designated time at first , then the call center operator convinced about the delivery, but with an hour delay, after which the driver Magamedkerim Shaydayev, driving a FORD TRANSIT A701EM-797 car, simply decided on his own initiative to cancel the order and go about his business! could not solve the problem, did not show any initiative in coordinating the change in delivery parameters, this is ANOTHER failure of the order (the first one was with an expensive laptop for my birthday). Now it's 01/02/2022 and is silent, there is no delivery. How does such a company even exist that has no quality control and such monkeys work in the transport / courier department without supervision. I am convinced once again that services are a large garbage dump that offers services without quality control about its name!
