I'm trying to get my body fat below 13% and it's not easy because I love to eat. Chromium appears to lower blood sugar levels and improve insulin sensitivity. I'm not sure how this is clearly related to weight loss, but it looks like it is. Chromium is an essential micronutrient, so it doesn't hurt from time to time, although 500% DV can soon become toxic. The red-orange component is said to mean the inclusion of the antioxidant anthocyanin. This obviously alters the fat cells so they can't be stored as fat, although I'm more interested in altering the sugar so that it doesn't turn into fat. Studies have been conducted in mice. The resulting taste is interesting - citrus-chocolate. I'm not sure I would choose chocolate with blood orange but it really works. The natural sweetener based on stevia glycosides is probably the healthiest, and other simple ingredients seem to help. This blend is beneficial on multiple levels, so even when weight loss supplements fail, you will still gain weight from consumption. And it's delicious.
