Review on Volcano Shadow Special Edition Microsoft Wireless Controller for Xbox One (Discontinued) by Joseph Quintana

I ordered a NEW knob, I checked if it was pressed correctly! The controller was NOT NEW, it was refurbished and even that wasn't done right. The controller had a terrible drift and didn't vibrate at all! I bought this for my fiancee, got the blue version for my sister and hers was brand new. Why wasn't this red version?! I am totally disappointed and feel very cheated by the seller! I couldn't even get a replacement, I had to send it back. What the seller did is a bad way of doing business!
