I love DaTerra Cucina cookware and although I have lots of All Clad, Dust and Mauviel, I use these pans every day. When this broiler came out, I reached out and found it was a lot more convenient for roasting chickens or other small meals than my big All Clad (the Cadillac itself the broiler) and was a lot easier to clean. I was so glad I bought this for my daughter, a pastry chef who has just graduated from college and is building her own kitchen. It's just as perfect for baking a sheet cake as it is for roasting food, although I bought a small rack to fit inside. Highly recommended.
