I like that it's very easy for me as an individual user, or even multiple users at once (as long as you have access), because there is no need of any additional software/programming knowledge needed to use this tool.

It also has great customer service support! There are many times when we would be able to find water bodies where our clients don't know about them yet, so they can make informed decisions regarding their future projects by using these findings from us through EPA website tools such as Npdespro. Also helps keep track of what areas were inspected during each project phase which makes managing large jobs much easier than if only one person was doing everything alone.
