One of the radios stopped working and I didn't know what the problem was and didn't know how to contact the seller. I wrote a review saying it stopped working and the seller immediately contacted me to find out and fix the problem. They immediately sent me another set of walkie talkies and then contacted me again when they were delivered to make sure everything was working with them. Everything was fine but in the end the battery just died. These walkie talkies have a long range and work very well, especially for my son and I to use to communicate when he's in the neighborhood with his friends. They are very affordable and you can't go wrong with the customer service that they provide.
