📞 Powerful QNIGLO Rechargeable Talkies: Long-Range Communication with Extended Battery Life Review

One of the walkie talkies broke after only a few uses. My daughter was so disappointed when she got it as a birthday present. Also, I have no way of contacting the seller, so I'm leaving this review as a warning to others who are thinking of buying this product. Warning, it's too fragile for little hands and you just need to buy a new one. Update: You read the review and sent me a replacement.

I just received this (my 8 year old daughter's Christmas present) and I love it! bright colors, excellent speech intelligibility, easy to set up. not giving 5 stars, just wish the charging cables were a bit longer to make the same easier; excellent for everything else. I hope it lasts longer than the previous one with 3 AAA batteries which have sulphated the charging base, that doesn't seem to be the case. Thank you, happy with the purchase :)

In the first package we received there was a walkie talkie that had a problem with the battery which the seller replaced just a few days after notifying them of this. We've used the walkie-talkies quite a bit and the battery life is great on all of them. After about a month of use, they didn't even need to be charged. sorry to give a three star review as these walkie talkies are awesome when they work but one of the four i bought stopped working within a week of receipt. I contacted Weiwang about the problem 5 days ago and still no response from them to solve the problem. I'd happily give them a 5 star rating as the remaining three walkie-talkies are great - have great reception, work over long distances and are very convenient to use (my kids under 6 have no problem with them) but for $36 + , failure of one

One of the radios stopped working and I didn't know what the problem was and didn't know how to contact the seller. I wrote a review saying it stopped working and the seller immediately contacted me to find out and fix the problem. They immediately sent me another set of walkie talkies and then contacted me again when they were delivered to make sure everything was working with them. One of these radios broke after a day of use. I regret that I bought a non-brand and didn't keep the packaging. Update - after a while the company got in touch and sent a replacement for our original radios. It was greatly appreciated and since then the customer service has been excellent with communication. The interchangeable walkie talkies work great and I hope they last a long time. :) I would like to give 5 stars for this product.
