update: after using this pillow for a few weeks, I wake up with neck pain and headache again. I tried several times to adjust the filling quantity. I sleep on my side so it should be pretty easy for me to adjust. I could tell if I was sleeping on my stomach because it really turns your neck. I don't know why I'm suddenly uncomfortable, but it is. I wake up with a terrible pain in my neck and I know it's my pillow. I am so happy with this pillow. Pros: - It easily adjusts to your support and comfort needs - The pillow and foam are cool to the touch so my head doesn't get hot - The inner pillow has a zip to adjust it. The pillow is lightweight - The pillow is breathable and has mesh openings on both sides - my neck doesn't hurt lying on this pillow - I can adjust this pillow as many times as I want - no bad memory foam smell - Foam doesn't stick and doesn't harden (happy, happy, joy, joy) Cons: - (it's such a trifle) The zipper for the inner pillow is on the opposite side of the outer zipper, so I had to remove the entire inner pillow to get the get out shredded foam. When I put the pillow back on, I put the zipper on the same side as the outer zipper. Now I can adjust it without removing the pillow. This pillow is worth every penny.
