I always brush my tongue pretty thoroughly when brushing my teeth, but I never felt like it was *completely* clean afterward. The back of my brush has tiny rubber nubs for getting your tongue, but they're a joke. Finally bought these after seeing them in a BuzzFeed post and my goodness, the difference is night and day. I'm a new person. My tongue feels so clean and my breath is if not minty fresh then perfectly neutral!Be careful, though. I've read that using these all the time can eventually do some damage to your taste buds. I know the first time I used it, I got carried away and the top of my tongue was sore for a couple of days. I've also cut down from using it every time I brush my teeth to either just at night or as needed. Just be gentle and you'll be fine.
