Cheap materials, but more comfy than a standard portfolio

I use this for my Sketchboard Pro - it's actually a little too big for it but it's fine. Tons of pockets to hold lots of stuff - love that. The backpack straps are comfy and seem sturdy, but the materials of the bag feel as cheap as you'd expect.Worth the price if you need a comfier solution for hauling around a drawing board.

This Literally Sucks Overall

I bought this bag because i'm an art student in college, and it was the perfect size for big sketchbooks and boards. But man, does this bag suck. It's such an awkward size and shape to have on your back, I feel like i looked like I was in boot camp wearing this. It's fabric is also so thin, and it broke at the seems in like 2 months of use, if that. The worst part of it is, my macbook and my ipad (that had all of my college files) almost fell out of the hole that ripped. The fabric started to…

Plein air solution good for me

I’m a Plein air artist and needed exactly this for a watercolor workshop through the city. It’s very light and has plenty of compartments for my supplies. The easel pocket is perfect for my lightweight Plein air one. I don’t know how rugged this back pack is as the fabric isn’t canvas, and the buckles are plastic, the zippers are quite hefty though, for the money I can’t complain. It arrived quickly and was well packed. Paint on!

It is awesome product. I just wish the pocket areas were more sturdy! But a great value and if you carry around light tables and laptop tables it's great!

Handy utility pack for carrying art portfolios

Got this to be able to carry around 13x19 inch art portfolios, particularly around comic conventions. Works perfectly for doing so as a backpack (so easy) or using the side handle. This is not rigid at all, so if you are looking for a hard-sided carrying case, this is not the one. I have had this to several events now and it is not showing wear yet. The additional pockets work quite well for notebooks, snacks and other utility items. It did have a strong odor when I first received it. I left it

Value for the Price

Like this bag very much. It's more burlap than canvas and loose threads could be mistaken as poor quality, stitiching, etc. It is quite large and is sometimes awkward to carry. Upside is it handles large sketchbooks with ease. I do like the pockets on the outside for carrying tools e.g., pencils, rulers, art kits, etc. Overall, a good bag for the money.

I haven't put any art supplies in it yet, but the material seems good and I can already tell it will be spacy in a good way. A little flimsy but looks nice!

Receive compliments about it all time.

Im a teacher and I use it to bring calendars to school, etc. Everyone asks me where did I get it. Super cool. The bag may be uncomfortable to carry for individuals with sensitive skin!

Pretty good for my opinion

Overally I am happy with the product. I only wish the material was a little more heavy duty but I am sure it will do the job. We will see how it holds up over time.

Ripped after two days of use.

Did a stress test, placing about 15 lbs in the bag. It ended up popping under the weight. It feels like canvas, but it definitely fell short of what I feel comfortable with. Pity, it was an otherwise nice bag.

Goodlooking but flimsy

The bag looks heavy weight in the photos but in reality very thin and flimsy. The zippers and stitches are pretty loose as well. I think it is adequate for a canvas and some small painting accessories but I would not trust it for any item more than 1 lbs

Great item for the price!

For $20 it is such a deal. We got it for our son to put his art portfolio and art supplies in. It was exactly what we needed. Lots of space/pockets and very lightweight. For $20, just get it.

its ok but im sure there are better

well, so far i like this ok but it does have a few issues1) it didnt come in the two days that my prime membership promised - it took four2) its not the color i clicked in the picture thing that lets you choose the color - i clicked the white one - the one i got is gray3) it stinks to high heaven - it smells really bad like bug spray or rat poison or some other nasty chemical
