Not for toy breeds best in my review

Size small was too large for my papillon. The size chart says it will fit a small Pomeranian or other toy breeds, which may be true for the circumference, but the band is too wide. It was poking my dog in her eyes and extended past the tip of her nose. The strap that goes behind the head was also too big when adjusted as small as it would go. Definitely don't buy if your dog's muzzle is less than 2 inches long.

Bella, my dog, had to get her nails clipped and it served as a good safety device.

Cons

got it fast but wrong size. we had to order another but made very well!
