Decent value but some flaws

After using the chair for a week I am disappointed. It has good plus points, but there are a few more or less fatal flaws for me. Cons: * The mesh back is too close to the plastic construction and you can sometimes reach or feel it when you lean back. I find the material too stretchy. Other chairs that I have with mesh backs are more comfortable. This is a fatal mistake for me. My kids use it ok but I recline and it's uncomfortable. * Armrests have a very smooth surface and cause a slight "sticky" feel on bare arms. Hands won't slip easily when you have moisture/sweat. Otherwise they are soft and comfortable. They really need some sort of soft texture. * Seat material too rough for skin contact (e.g. shorts/skirt). It's not a big problem if you're wearing pants, but it's very strange that this material was used. Pros: * Affordable price * Seat has recline adjustment (don't forget to unscrew the tension knob first) * The base is very good, if not one of the best I've had. if you want them to put their feet on it. *It seems to fit someone smaller. The seat can be lowered up to 16 inches. I like 17" and most chairs start at 18" so that was a bit of an advantage. I've sat on it for several hours with no problems.
