I am surprised at the quality of this kit. For around $12, you get anodized aluminum mounts, all stainless steel parts, some with rubber grommets, and a fairly large RTV silicone hose. Thus, the set is quite easy to use. The stainless steel screws that attach the bracket to the plate are self-locking, although I also used blue Loctite for all fasteners. Use a 10mm wrench and ratchet on the bolts. I didn't use self tapping screws, although they are good quality I will save them for later. I used tiny 1" stainless steel screws for my application as I am screwing into a plastic shed. Using RTV silicone, cap the holes and draw a small circle around them to keep water out. All in all a wonderful kit and I'll probably order another one "just to have" for future offline projects. This is my generator shed, by the way, where it's installed. Turns on a wi-fi camera (tracks unauthorized access) and keeps the battery running of the generator charged.
