I can't believe I paid money for this. Totally useless! Nobody would/could use it IF it could be used. When unpacking, the rods fell out. Unless you have two walls about a foot apart, it's pointless junk. Even then, I highly doubt you can put more than one piece of paper on it and it won't collapse. The included attachments are eraser-sized suction cups that fall out of their attachment when touched, so there's no point in trying to hold anything with them. I am completely outraged.
- This product can only be installed between 2 parallel surfaces. Before installation, the 2 fine adjustment nuts on the far right must be put back on the red line. Put the shelf between the two parallel surfaces to be installed, stretch it until both ends of the shelf touch the two parallel surfaces, and then fix the coarse adjustment nut in the middle of the shelf. Then adjust the adjusting nut on the right end of the shelf to compress the silicone gaskets on both ends of the shelf.
