I like their approach to help you understand your business needs and then provide solutions with measurable results. They are very good at putting together teams of consultants who can solve complex problems for clients in different industries. The level of expertise they bring to bear on projects helps ensure success. Their focus on delivering practical advice rather than just talking about theory or making promises without delivery has been great. It's hard to find partners outside our organization that have such detailed knowledge of our industry and how we operate. But when you do, it makes all the difference. We use them as part of our team to work through challenges related to data analytics, digital transformation, AI/machine learning, automation and other areas where technology plays a key role. And they've helped us build new capabilities within existing processes.
