goodbye beard balms! If you try this product or any other high-quality beard oil, wait a few days before deciding to switch. The first application didn't seem to do anything except soften my beard without that heavy, greasy feeling you get from balm. I was a bit disappointed to be honest. However. I'm on my 4th day now and this stuff won me over! There is no holding power of the balm but I can't explain the way your beard feels. Plus what it does to soften my beard actually gives me a reason not to need balm. Everything seems to fall into place without requiring a thorough cleaning to stay there. During the day, a slight movement of my fingers is enough to put everything back in place if necessary. The smell is very pleasant and not at all overpowering like some products. I'm a cologne lover and some products are too strong.
